Therapy for Growth

Let’s find you.

Life can look successful on the outside...

...while you feel exhausted on the inside.

You may be the one everyone depends on.

The responsible one.

The overthinker.

The peacekeeper.

The parent trying to hold everyone and everything together.

Or maybe you're looking around at life and wondering, "Why doesn't it feel the way I want it to feel?"

You don't need someone to tell you to, “Be positive."

You need someone who can help you understand the patterns that keep you stuck — and help you create meaningful changes in your life.

When we are in balance, we weather the storms of life with resilience, patience and hope for the future.

When we are out of balance, small things become overwhelming, little irritations become too much to carry, and patience, hope, and drive dwindle.

I work with people who are:

  • Constantly overwhelmed

  • Successful but emotionally exhausted

  • Navigating relationship struggles

  • Parenting teenagers

  • Facing major life transitions

  • Feeling disconnected from themselves

  • Living with anxiety or chronic stress

  • Wanting more from life than just getting through.

If this feels familiar and you’re looking for help navigating it all, email or call me. We can set up a time briefly to see if we’re a good fit.

Finding a therapist you feel confident talking with can be hard, especially when you already feel overwhelmed.

I get it. Having an authentic connection with your therapist fuels your comfort and confidence to grow. I might be the right therapist for you if you are feeling:

  • Not good enough.

  • Over-whelmed, over-worked, under-cared for.

  • Anxious from the weight of a driven life.

  • Frustrated with your marriage or relationship.

  • Feeling bored and wanting a deeper connection to your true self.

Or working through the frustrations of perimenopause, changing jobs, or empty nesting.

About me

I have lived different roles through my life. I have lived all over the world, held a variety of jobs and pursued many hobbies. I have found that learning to live in balance with family, community, and myself is a lifelong skill.

I know what it is like to build a career, build a family, and feel the stress of a fast-paced life. Working together, we can find a path for you to regain balance and find new meaning in your life.

In my own life, I find that activities such as yoga, meditation, gardening and cooking, bring me peace and help me connect with friends and family.

I have a strong sense of empathy and compassion, a knack for tapping into humor when appropriate, and a bent for critical thinking.

I welcome everyone into my therapy office.
