Therapy for individuals, couples, families.
Find clarity when life feels overwhelming.
You've always been the one who gets things done. The one who takes care of everyone else. The one managing it all. That felt good in the past… but lately, things feel different.
You're more anxious than you used to be. Your relationship doesn't feel the way you want it to. You're exhausted from carrying so much. Maybe lately you're asking a question you didn't expect:
Is this really how I want the next part of my life to feel?
Together, we can figure out what's getting in the way—and what you want instead.
About me
I've had a lot of roles in my life—professional, wife, mother, friend, caregiver—and I know what it's like to build a full life while trying not to lose yourself somewhere along the way.
As a therapist, I'm warm and compassionate. I'm also curious, practical and direct. I'll listen closely, ask questions, help you notice patterns you may not see yourself, and we'll probably get in a good laugh at times too.
Therapy can be fun and rewarding. I want you to feel comfortable being completely yourself—and to know that we're doing something useful for you with our time together.
Outside the therapy room, I’m likely cooking, gardening, practicing yoga, spending time with family and friends, or finding some way to be outside.
I work with many different people and welcome everyone to my therapy office.
Your schedule is bursting at the seams with all of your responsibilities.
Therapy shouldn’t be yet another requirement or demand on your time. This is why I deliver therapy in a variety of ways that benefit your schedule, not take from it.
With my practice, you can still have a busy life but also care for yourself through convenient therapy.
I see clients:
in my office,
via telehealth,
through walk & talk sessions in a semi-private outdoor setting,
and on a case-by-case basis I can come to your location.
